Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Vettalya. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we are happy to offer a return or exchange within 30 days of the purchase date. Please note that all items must be in their original condition with tags attached and unworn.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at sales@vettalya.com within 30 days of the purchase date to request a return.

  2. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Once your request is approved, you may ship the item(s) to the address provided.

  3. Pack your item(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible. Please include all paperwork, parts, and accessories. All products must be returned in good condition to ensure full credit.

Refund Process

Once we receive your return, we will inspect it to ensure it is in its original condition. If it meets our return criteria, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please note that it may take up to 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Exchange Process

If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process outlined above and indicate that you would like an exchange. Once we receive your return, we will issue a refund for the original item and you can place a new order for the desired item.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on the following items:
